Ich würde sagen es steht für Beyonce. Ich kenn den Anfang zwar nicht so genau, aber es sieht irgendwie so aus, als ob Jay-Z fragt ob Beyonce "ready" ist.

In der oberen Zeile sieht man ja, dass Bonnie gemeint ist, also sollte es in der ersten Zeile Beyonce sein, wie Ghost schon erwähnt hat.
