Fleet Coordinator

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Coordinator to join our Sales & Marketing Team based in our Mulgrave head office. Reporting to the Manager – Daimler Fleet, the core focus of 
role is to support our Key Account Managers to deliver excellent customer service to our fleet customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee the management of prospects and leads using customer data management CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Support Key Account Managers with sales administration activities, such as inputting customer data, pricing, quotations and sales issues.
- Measurement and monitoring of KPI performances for sales visits, actions, outcomes and follow-ups
- Work closely with brand partners and dealer networks.
- General administration
- Serve Daimler Fleet Management customers with excellence and dedication consistently.
- Provide Daimler Fleet Management customers with front-facing operational support to maximize customer happiness.
- Actively identifying and executing process improvements.
Your excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities is vital to your success in role. Most importantly, you will have a real passion for exceeding customer experiences and building positive relationships.
An understanding of data management, fleet management processes and leasing structures will be highly regarded.
