The Process Consulting Team Manufacturing is responsible for shaping corporate solutions for various IT topics in the area of Production and Manufacturing Execution. This includes all processes and applications used for steering and controlling of production and shopfloor systems and monitoring and reporting systems. The team drives innovation and business process optimization in order to improve business capabilities and finally thereby the business results. It serves our business partners worldwide.
What we offer
- Define and implement best practices for manufacturing and shopfloor processes and solutions across the corporate and global process categories for all our businesses (Adhesives, Cosmetics and Detergents)
- Secure full control of shaping processes and solutions in the process area as taking place with a global and corporate scope
- Pro-actively manage and consult global best practices with the assigned process categories of production steering and controlling solutions for all businesses
- Foster synergies across the businesses (industrial and retail) by providing cross-divisional process standards and solution standards
- Build up and strengthen the consulting team to ensure continuous global process improvement in the area of manufacturing and shopfloor applications
Who we are looking for
- Excellent university degree in electrical engineering, economics, economic informatics or economic engineering
- At least 4 years of experience as business consultant or process expert in the area of Production, Quality Management, Shopfloor execution, Production reporting
- Practical experience in various information technology roles and international environments
- Specific experience in SAP PP, SAP QM, Manufacturing Execution Systems and related modules is appreciated
- Excellent language skills in English and a good understanding of German
- Team-orientation, effective communication and persuasion skills, exceptional initiative, decisiveness, strong analytical thinking, ability to drive innovation and to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
